I am here for you, with a specific plan for your life and needs.

Pricing:

Initial evaluation: $300 / 90 min

Follow up appointment: $215 / 45-60 min

Additional $50 for in-home session

Hours: 

Appointments are available on demand on Fridays from 9am to 6pm.

 

 

Sessions: 

The initial evaluation is always in person at the clinic in Livermore, CA. 

Follow up appointments can be online or in person.

In-home service can be offered on demand.

Frequency:

Most patients find that 5 to 10 sessions are necessary. This allows us to effectively address your specific needs and goals, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized approach to your well-being.

Insurance:  

Pelvic Fleur Rehab is an out of network provider for all insurance companies. We will be happy to provide any documents your insurance may need for reimbursement including superbills (in most cases). You may submit to your insurance company and/or flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts for out of network reimbursement. You are responsible for knowing your benefits and contacting your insurance to know your rights.

 

Payment:

Payments are due at the time of service via Venmo, cash, or check.
